Final Community Services Self-Reflection

As we started this course I thought it will be a tough course , it was the first time for me to learn about community service . Eventually it wasn’t that tough we had a lot of things to learn about some stuff I didn’t knew

1: Organization

I was volunteering at the future center that is located at Mussafah  .

The future center is for special needs kids that need help in learning basically in Arabic language and English and Mathematics , they are aged between 8 years to 20 years , and the accept volunteering from different colleges from the UAE to help in different types  in learning , they even teach them how to use type in computers , how to play music , how to clean and even how to cook  .

2: Best part

The best part about the volunteering is that it gives you the opportunity to help others and know more about different types of people , for me I learned more things about special needs people things I didn’t know and the bad thought about them , I learned that its not difficult to help them in studies.

3: support the community

We helped our community by helping the kids in studies in the center and we were asked to tell the kids in the national day what does the national day mean to us as locals to show them that the studies is not that difficult at all, at the end you actually fell that you had achieved something for your community and you well be proud about your self .

4: All I Leaned

As the last day for me in volunteering I had learned a lot of things , I gained experience in volunteering, I know how to treat people with special need we have to treat them as normal people , at first it was so hard cuse it was the first time to work with special need kids but know I hope that we can do it all over again .وem in studies astudies and ino cook, i  about diffrent  the volunteering from diffrent
